Between the hours of 8 am and 12 noon

I hate it when I've been given an open window like that...the movers will be here between the hours of 8 am and 12 noon. So my husband jokingly says to me...You know what that means, they're going to be here either at 7:30 am or 11.58 am. I'm hate to admit it, but he's right. So we wait....
