Taking a step backwards in technology

I've been having problems with the internet AGAIN. Broadband is a headache! If it's not my telephone it's the broadband-ugh! And for over a week now it's been both- AGAIN! So lets see if I can get BT to come out here and and actually fix the problem. Sorry for my ranting but it's really got me frustrated that this company won't own up to it's guarantee and actually fix the problem instead of pointing the finger at someone else!
