Keeping one's home in company ready condition 24/7 is pretty much near impossible when you actually live in your house. I've been working at this for a couple of hours and am finally ready for this Realtor only open house. Everything is dusted, mirrors and all glass surfaces are clean, floors mopped and/or vacuumed. Beds are made (all 4 of them) and I even ironed a linen table cloth for the formal dining room table. Now for me to relax a bit before my realtor get here. I'm going to take this opportunity to take some pictures of my house ;-) you know...while it's clean, LOL!
