"Be happy with yourself", how many times have you heard that saying? It's one I say quite often...to my children,to my friends and to military spouses. I may change the words around a bit, add some here and there and say "you have to first be happy with yourself before you can be happy with anyone else". It's true you really do need to be happy and content with who you are- you can not expect others to make you happy (it just doesn't work that way).
Happiness is a journey, NOT a destination!
