Being a proud Mom

Our son Andrew came home with an award from jr AFROTC today...he made it as Cadet of the Month. He gets to wear a special cord that signifies his being Cadet of the Month. Andrew has found his niche in AFROTC, he really enjoys this program and it's done a lot to encourage his growth as a person. He participates in many of the AFROTC after school programs. Any time there needs to be a person to step up and volunteer to get something done he's one of the first to raise his hand. He's still shy, but he participates in all sorts of clubs and activities!
