Our Pre-inspection

I am doing the Happy Dance! Our pre-inspection went VERY well! Oh my gosh we hardly have to do anything! use primer on the walls, I get to cancel the carpet cleaning because the carpet is going to be replaced. We don't have to paint or patch the nail holes because housing is going to do it all, woohoo! All I have to do is to sweep and vacuum! So I save some $$$ on having the carpet cleaned, that's nice!

I'm going to have some tea and biscuits (the British version of Cookies) to celebrate!
