Here I am trying to get some things done for next week. My fresh turkey arrived today. Hey if I have to cook turkey, then it's got to be a fresh one, none of that frozen like a block stuff for me. The last time I bought a frozen turkey well after 2 ½ days in the refrigerator "defrosting" it was still FROZEN!!! So now it has to be fresh or forget it.
The drywall folks finally came by- took a couple of hours but they got things looking good. Now for the painter to come and touch up the repairs.
In between I've been reading cook books like a crazy woman. Looking for a cranberry apple chutney recipe. I think that I've nailed one and now for me to make my grocery list.
