Making time for yourself...

That's one of those things that's easier said than done. I know, I've been experiencing a lot of putting myself last these past couple of weeks. I need to get back to the gym and the pool...the OSC Auction and the Thrift Shop took up a great deal of my time last week. I hate it when my time is divided between all sorts of things that I have no control over. I also dislike the fact that one most days we get maybe one or two people that can volunteer at the Thrift Shop other than myself. I feel as if I'm letting Heidi down if I don't come in and work. I feel so torn some days.
