surrounded by cheesecakes

I turned into the baking Queen this afternoon. Believe it or not, I've made 12 cheesecakes! Two are 8 inch cheesecakes and I currently have 10 four inch cheesecakes in the oven :-) Now that's a lot of cream cheese! Wednesday I start the process all over again. Thursday I start my cheesecake delivery service. I've got cake boxes and cute curly ribbon - I'm looking forward to filling my car with yummy cheesecakes! For now my freezer will be full of cheesecake.
